Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Whether you are purchasing your item(s) in person or having them shipped, they will always be wrapped in complimentary tissue paper both for decorative and protective effect. If you would like additional wrapping options, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to acquiesce your request for a very fair and small fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
If purchasing in person, cash is certainly king! However, whether in person or ordering online, we also accept Venmo and Zelle.
Where do you ship?
EVERYWHERE! Just pay a small shipping fee.
How do you ship the items to ensure they are protected?
Well, first I wrap your items in tissue and put them in a sealed poly bag. Then I will pack the poly bag into a bubble-shipper to be mailed out. This should provide oodles of cushioning to protect your new treasures. For larger orders that may require larger packaging, I will bubble wrap items and fill empty space in the packaging with paper to avoid too much movement or jostling.
I live locally and would prefer not to have the items shipped to me. Is there a place where I could pick the items up?
Absolutely. We can work something out whether it is meeting out somewhere or a porch pick up. Just communicate with me via messenger and I will be happy to arrange something with you!
How soon will you ship the items out?
When payment has been received and confirmed, and you have provided me with your shipping information, I will package up and ship your items to you within 24 hours! As to exactly when you will receive them, that will depend on the magic of USPS.
Do you accept custom orders?
YES! Simply reach out to us via message to discuss your ideas, pricing, and turn-around time!
Do you have a loyalty program?
We do! You earn 50 points just for signing up on my site, and then every dollar spent gives you an additional point, as well! Once you've earned 100 points, you will receive 10% off ALL items available in my store! It is just that easy!
Do you ever offer any discounts?
Periodically we will offer sales on items, free items with purchase, and will run promotions. Always check my blog for any potentially available promo codes, promotions, sales, or potential free items with purchase!
I love your designs, but I don't have pierced ears. What options do I have?
Not having pierced ears should NEVER dull your sparkle. That's why, if communicated, Alderaan's Adornments is happy to take any current stock and switch the findings over to a CLIP-ON option for a small up-charge of only $1. Additionally, any custom orders can be affixed with CLIP-ON findings upon request, also for only a $1 up-charge to cover the costs of materials.
